CEO of eCOGRA, Andrew Beveridge, had this to say: ‘Not only is this a major milestone for eCOGRA, these 107 seals signify a major change in the industry in which players are consistently seeking out the ‘Play It Safe’ seal, and there is a real desire and ability for the industry to self-regulate.’ This is definite progress within the online casino industry for both online casino players and operators.

So what does it take to receive a ‘Play it Safe’ seal? They need to offer high standards of player protection and security, service and operational efficiency as well. Achieving the target so quickly is a reflection of increasing demand from online casino players for the seal and to a more safe and secure online gambling experience.
