In return for the payout, Party Gaming will gain control of the Empire Poker online casinos 'skin', which had effectively directed online casinos customers to Party Gaming's site. It also gets Ace Club and Starluck-Casino.

After making headlines in the news for so many months, it can only be assumed that these two leading online casinos operators are relieved that this feud is over, and that the publicity will now finally die down.
